Chi Yinghong, female, Han nationality, born in 1972 in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a master's degree. She is a member of the Chinese Artists Association and currently serves as the vice president, professor, and graduate supervisor.
